Suitably anthemic deep house remix of U2′s jangly stadium rock anthem “With Or Without You”. Koko’s version is actually very tastefully done, and gets extra marks as it would no doubt irritate the hell out of Bono. Finally a proper edit that you can actually play.

House legend – Carl Cox is getting into spotlight preparing for us his upcoming album “All The Roads Lead To The Dancefloor” after almost 6 years of waiting! His second single from that album – “Nexus” is incredibly housematic, if we can say, with great vocal and clipping drive while techno wizard Tomy DeClerque manages to pump it up into his recognizable dark and energetic style. Wicked tunes!

Since its inception at the Amsterdam Dance Event, Toolroom Knights are now celebrating 5 years as a premier clubbing brand in the worldwide nightlife calendar with a showcase of their top talent at the renowned Escape Club. To coincide with this huge event, Toolroom Records have put together an exclusive collection of the biggest upfront tracks from this years star studded line-up.
Fresh from residing over Toolroom Knights’ successful summer residency at Space Ibiza, Mark Knight has teamed up with Manuel De La Mare for the huge anthem “Snapshot” that features ruff dubbed out synths and clipping rhythm with electrifying, and kinda hypnotic, vibe! Beatport exclusive!
We always try to pick the best for you in many different genres, and now we have one darker more techno tune! It’s “Groove It” tune by really creative producer – Ross Evana. Combining soft female vocals with ruff techno bassline seems to sound good when you add pulsating electro synths and massive noise. Really hardcore tune!

Rodolfo Wehbbas production career continues in fine form with this latest release for his consistent home, Tronic. Human Interface continues the Brazilian producer/djs penchant for productions with a rousing dancefloor aesthetic. Just as his debut LP and LP remix album had done before Human Interface focuses on real, unashamed hooks as well as razor sharp grooves.
Lead track Human Interface is the antithesis to faceless drum workouts. A stabbing lead tears through the track wonderfully and energetically jabs the track towards an epic breakdown. Rolling bass and gently skipping drums make up the rest of the picture and, bar some wonderfully fluid effects, this track is a lesson in how to get the most out of a few superb ideas. An alternate Club versionof Human Interface occupies the b-side and takes things into slightly heavier territory. The drums are chunky and heavily swinging, the bass is pendulous and the chopped stabs are given a forceful metallic coating that means their less-frequent appearance is equally as effective as in the original.
The organ-led Nature of Time closes the EP with a bright, housey feel. Building from the shaker down, its an increasingly pacey but warm affair that balances brilliant percussive tweaks and bass with engaging toplines.

Nicole Moudaber is for sure one of the hottest female artists out there and by that I mean the wicked music that she makes. Taken from “On The Run Vol.1″ EP her tune “Chocolate Love” is filthy, hardcore tech-house tune that has proper bassline as we love here in ES! This tune is incredible like the whole EP and it was supported by Anton Pieete, Adam Beyer, Dave Brody, David Herrero, Dualton, Edgar De Ramon, Gregor Tresher, Hector Romero, Loco Dice, Lorenzo Bartoletti, Marco Carola, Monika Kruse, NiCe7, Timo Maas and Wally Lopez.
Be sure to check out the whole package! Enjoy!

Long time no post by me! So I heart a massive drop a few weeks back while listening to Laidback Luke’s Radio FG mix, so I asked the man himself what track is it. Being a great guy, he responded right away. Ladies and gents, I give you… Chubby Fingers!
‘Phat Mad Skillz’ is an amazing, dark track which samples a classic of Ice Cube track called ‘Wicked’. Its techno oriented side will blow your damn mind. Plus it’s phat! Get it?
Egypt’s Moustafa Sheta aka (DJ) Misty who is living in Cairo submits his first release for No Border Recordings. His first EP contains two tracks “Salva Nos” and “Turbulent”. Especially “Salva Nos” opens the door for the summer with its guitar sounds and the Ethnic choir samples during the break.
The title “Turbulent” fits unfortunately very good with the recent situation in Egypt. The track is much darker than “Salva Nos” and enters the ways of straight Techno music.
Both tunes show perfectly the high production level of Misty and his feel for fresh sounds. The whole EP spreads a really good mood and so we have a very nice debut from Misty.
Pierre J invited Petter B to studio and the project Hertz was born in a new suite! Incredible techno energy that had big influence in late ’90 and early ’00 is back with tunes like “Red Ryder” and “Bypolar”. The true essence of techno is back with tracks like these, so be prepare for eargasm! Enjoy the top stuff!

Highly anticipated EP collaboration between Acki Kokotos & Cirez D is finally released! Featuring “Tomorrow” track as the more hyped one. Nasty techno killer perfomanced by coarse rhythm with clipping percussions, extremely sonic high-pass following by some fiction melodies in the background. Enjoy!

Andrew M and Peter K aka Slicerboys are into tribal-tech-house-techno sound and you can hear all that in their rework of “Whirlpool Productions – From Disco To Disco”, we bring you. It is one of the tracks that should be played on big festivals to get the crowd moving and all that. So grab this one until it’s hot!

Dead or Alive is a British New Wave band from Wirral, England. The band rose to fame in the 1980s with their Number One single on the UK Singles Chart, “You Spin Me Round (Like a Record)”. They were the first group to have a Number One single under the production team Stock Aitken Waterman. The band, which has variously included Pete Burns (vocalist), Wayne Hussey (guitarist and songwriter), Mike Percy (bass guitarist), Steve Coy (drummer), Timothy Lever (various instruments), and Jason Alburey (keyboardist), has released eleven albums and have become popular in Japan, especially after the release of Rip it Up in 1987.
“You Spin Me Round (Like a Record)” is a song by Dead or Alive on their 1985 album Youthquake. The song was the first UKnumber-one hit by the Stock Aitken Waterman production trio. Released in November 1984, the record reached number one in March 1985, taking seventeen weeks to get there. In the US, it peaked at #11 in September of that year.
Chris Reece delivers unexpectable heavy techy rework. And by heavy I mean really heavy! Seems that original breakdowns are just in the shadow of killing and strong rhythm. Enjoy!

Many good EPs was released the night before NYE or a day after. Most of us drink and tired didn’t for sure check all the tunes properly (like me) so therefore I must come back a little to revise what was missed. Cr Records has a successful type of “Underground” EPs that are not that much hyped, or better to be said – not at all hyped. They are rare tunes and we got latest Underground Vol. 6 on the table! Whole EP has 6 tunes and we picked 3 that are just must-have! Check them out since they are true tech house stompers!

Techno tunes are starting to become more and more fat & nasty like a McDonalds lady. Powerful tune with massive breakdown till the first drop that… that… that… I dunno. Kills?
Merry Christmas to the guys out there who celebrate it, even though it passed. It was very slow week with the releases so don’t mind for us not posting much. We celebrated Alex’s birthday, so we were pretty busy too. Anyway, enjoy the tunes and watch out for my yearmix which will be posted soon!
I was busy yesterday, so I’m sorry. Anyway, Sonny Moore aka. Skrillex is one sick guy. ‘Fucking dieee..‘ Right. We already featured Uto Karem‘s mix of ‘Novi Sad‘, but original is better imo. Oliver Twizt comes back with the powerful kickdrum in ‘All My Friends‘, while Angger Dimas takes on pixel house.

Great Stuff is very proud to welcome the 1605 techno master UMEK for a proper single release. With this track the Slovenian DJ/producer produced a tribute to the city of Novi Sad, Balkan’s capital of electronic music and Serbian home of the legendaryEXIT festival. One of Europe’s biggest open-air festivals started as a fuck-you to then repressive regime. Similar to Woodstock, the roots of Exit lie in pacifism and anti-establishemt movements. Later on the festival became an annual event, attended by young people from all over the world and hosting some of world’s biggest artists such as Carl Cox, David Guetta, Massive Attack, Fatboy Slim, Moby and of course Umek. Uto Karem was on remix duty and he created bigroom track with extremely fat bassline that just pulse and hit everyone on the dancefloor! Enjoy!

Another idea I had for a long time. So, where do I begin? Probably with the place where it all started, Chicago. I guess when I say Curtis Jones, that doesn’t ring much bells for you guys, but when I say Green Velvet or Cajmere… That’s another story. Chicago-based producer and DJ Curtis Alan Jones, aka. Green Velvet, aka. Cajmere, is basically one of the godfathers of Chicago house sound. Jones is also known as Geo Vogt, Half Pint, Curan Stone, and Gino Vittori. Personally, my fav is his remix of his own track ‘Come’. Wobbly melody which goes through the whole track is so, so ill. Enjoy and let me know if you think this ‘Oldschool Tuesday’ is a good idea!

Finally got some free time to do some posting! Last week was a total fail, but at least I’ve solved some serious stuff. One of my fav producers, Wolfgang Gartner, dropped his Essential Mix, which was pretty dope. So, here’s the deal. I’m one day late, but I’ll try to select five tracks which I liked that week every Monday and post them. Cool? I’d like to see some comments and ideas from you too. Here we go!
