The Indonesian DJ & Producer, Mahesa Utara is one of a kind. Started DJing at January 2008, and producing dance music at March 2008, he already won a remix competition at the end of the year, and got REDMA “Best Remix of the Year” award (a prestigious Indonesian dance music award).

Music has always fascinated Mahesa. At a very early age his parents immersed him in jazz and funk music. Learned drums as his musical instrument at the age of 12, Mahesa soon discover that music is truly his way of life. On 2007, he studied the art of producing digital music. At the end of the year, he decided to become a DJ. His influences & inspiration include all kinds of music from deep pounding bass of progressive music, the complexity of minimal, the vibe of house, and hard electro bassline. Expect lots of new sounds on the dancefloor from him in the future!
